Freebase e-liquid is the original form of vape juice and the right match for sub-ohm tanks and higher-wattage mods. Because these devices vaporize much more liquid per puff, freebase is made in low strengths, most often 3 and 6 mg/mL, and sold in larger 60 mL and 100 mL bottles. Our range covers 7Daze, Monster Vape Labs, Coastal Clouds, Cloud Nurdz, Juice Head and dozens of independent makers.
How to choose a freebase e-liquid
- Strength. 3 mg/mL is the common sub-ohm starting point; 6 mg/mL for a stronger draw at lower wattage.
- VG content. Sub-ohm coils need thicker, high-VG liquids (70% VG or more) to wick well and produce dense vapor.
- Bottle size. 100 mL is the value size for daily sub-ohm vapers; 60 mL lets you try a line first.
- Coil match. Coils rated below 1.0 ohm are built for freebase; the rating is printed on the coil.

Freebase questions
Why are freebase strengths so much lower than salts?
Sub-ohm devices vaporize several times more liquid per puff than a pod, so a lower concentration delivers a comparable experience.
Can I use freebase in a pod system?
Yes, in pods built for it (usually rated below 1.0 ohm), but standard high-resistance pods are designed for salts.
What does 70/30 mean on the label?
It is the VG/PG ratio: 70% vegetable glycerin, 30% propylene glycol. Higher VG means thicker liquid and more vapor.
